SitePilot is a digital safety mapping platform originally designed for use in the civil construction industry. Made in Melbourne by the White Rabbit Digital team, SitePilot overcomes critical site safety aspects along with improving efficiency, consistency and visibility of Vehicle Movement Plans (VMPs).
VMPs have long been a requirement in construction, but traditional methods of building and delivering them have often been administratively burdensome, inconsistent, and difficult to communicate… ultimately making them less effective.
Sitepilot has changed all that. Designed in conjunction with the construction industry, and built specifically for the construction industry, it delivers significant gains in efficiency while also improving risk mitigation. It provides a centralised, consistent tool that helps prevent simultaneous operations and work zone clashes through improved communication and planning across internal and external project personnel.
The platform has scope in many other sectors such as emergency services, public events, mining, forestry, marine applications, distribution, recycling and more. Anywhere with potential people-plant interactions or where people are visiting a site for the first time it can be utilised.
Using QR codes and URLs to share live safety plans, with GPS blue dot on the users own device, ensures they know where they are and importantly where the site hazards are and how to avoid them.
