Lyndal Ellement is a highly experienced construction industry Executive who leads Civil Contractors Federation Victoria’s registered training organisation, Civil Train. Formerly with global construction giant Lendlease Engineering, Lyndal joined CCF Victoria in 2021 as Program Supervisor for Training & Quality before being appointed to the newly-created executive position overseeing the workforce development and skills training spectrum. She brings an expansive skillset developed across numerous multi-sector career roles in highly regulated industries, collecting along the way a range of internal, external, individual and team awards in Excellence, Collaboration and Quality outcomes for industry. Passionate about skills and education outcomes for industry employers and people, Lyndal and the CCF Industry Capability team have led the creation and delivery of innovative industry-focused training and apprenticeship initiatives, including CCF Victoria’s Pathways program. Launched in 2023, Pathways created a much-needed pipeline of talent by leading up to 120 women and First Nations participants on a career journey within civil construction through employment placement and the completion of a recognised Apprenticeship.
