Peter Fraser
With over 40 years of international experience, Peter has led major infrastructure projects across the UK, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. His portfolio includes roads, bridges, marine works, and large-scale structural engineering. Notably, he was Project Manager on Hong Kong’s iconic Tsing Ma Bridge. At McConnell Dowell, Peter brings deep hands-on construction knowledge, adept stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership. As Project Director for the New Bridgewater Bridge, he steered one of Tasmania’s most significant infrastructure investments, ensuring technical excellence and delivery certainty from design to completion.
