Raphael Touzel
Having worked with CPB contractors for more than 20 years, Raphael Touzel has earned a reputation as a strong leader who builds cohesive, high-performing teams under collaborative contract models. Raphael has been key to delivering four successful major Victorian alliances, including the M80 Upgrade, which won ACA’s National award for 2023, citing the project’s collaborative approach and diverse team leading to the project being delivered ahead of time, under budget and achieving great sustainability outcomes. Recently moving from his role overseeing CPB Contractors’ portfolio of civil projects across Victoria, Tasmania and New Zealand, Raphael is now leading what will be Victoria’s longest rail tunnel, Suburban Rail Loop East’s Tunnels South section between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley.
