Tanja Conners is the CEO of the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association, with over 25 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure. With a strong background in organisational change management, education, capability development and strategic project delivery, she is focused on promoting sustainable, resilient and cost-effective road solutions. Prior to AustStab, Tanja held senior roles at the Australian Flexible Pavements Association, where she led major initiatives in industry education and partnership development.
