Tracy Carey is a sustainability leader with over a decade of experience driving decarbonisation and environmental innovation across major infrastructure projects in both the UK and Australia. She is currently Senior Manager – Sustainable Infrastructure at VIDA Roads, where she plays a key role in delivering the Victorian Transport Infrastructure Decarbonisation Strategy (VIDA). A skilled strategist and practitioner, Tracy has successfully delivered industry-leading BREEAM, LEED, ISCA ratings, Green Star certifications, and policy guidance to accelerate sustainability across the transport sector. She is passionate about collaboration with the supply chain, ensuring that industry partners are engaged in delivering lower-carbon outcomes and aligned with international best practice.
